Brigadier General Bully Marlon Bolton won 99.98% of the votes. Brigadier General Bully Bolton and surrogates were handing self-made unauthorized voter guide made to look and feel as an officially produced guide with images and theme colors.  Brigadier General Bully Bolton and surrogates handed unwitting voters an already bubbles-filled voter guide flyers to follow.

It is anticipated that no legislation will pass without the self-serving interest of Brigadier General Bully Marlon Bolton.
